Emporio Armani Meccanico Eagle WC 1501
Design & Aesthetic
-
The Eagle Skeleton Cutout: The standout feature is the matte black dial featuring a central cutout in the shape of the iconic Emporio Armani Eagle logo. This partial-skeleton design acts as a window, letting you watch the silver gears, hairspring, and rubies of the mechanical automatic movement at work.
-
Monochromatic Styling: The watch sports a dark, stealthy look with its matte gunmetal/black-plated stainless steel case and a matching three-link metal bracelet.
-
Minimalist Markers: It features sleek, applied silver-tone stick indexes for hours and simple stick hands, keeping the focus entirely on the inner machinery. The text is kept to a minimum with "Emporio Armani" flanking the upper eagle wing and "Meccanico" subtly placed at the 6 o'clock position.

How the Movement Works
Because this is an automatic (Meccanico) watch, it relies entirely on kinetic energy. Inside, a weighted rotor spins as you move your arm, winding the mainspring to store power.
-
Winding Tip: If you haven't worn it in a while and it has stopped, simply turn the crown clockwise 20 to 30 times while pushed in to give it an initial power reserve before putting it on.
